The name immediaid is a made-up word and combines the two English words immediate and aid. Important to know: the sound of the new term does not differ from the English original immediate.
 I came up with this idea during the first week of lockdown in 2020 working in home office. Background is the idea of helping companies promptly and if needed on-site in a very open and honest way over these challenging times. Since then I couldn't stop thinking about both, the name and the idea. 
A business model was born. My clients and partners are enthusiastic about this new way of consulting. Their feedback is that I'm serving a continuously growing market demand. "Happy customer", my goal has been achieved.

about me

My name is Henrik Zirkel and I help companies achieve business goals which they originally thought were unachievable.
I value motivation and fun at work.
 Born and raised in the Rhine-Main area, I completed my studies as a mechanical engineer in Darmstadt. After graduating Bachelor of Engineering I realized that I actually have a lot of fun in a changing environments. Therefore, I gained several years of experience in different consulting companies  in order to be able to take the final step and starting up with as much experience as possible.

With the learning that both medium-sized companies and departments of large corporations benefit from the power of focus and simplicity I want to help organisations.

Also, I live these principles in my professional and private life and apply them to flying and climbing. Being a private pilot with more than 20 years of experience, I know what it means to set a course, to steer the course and what it means to change it, too.

what is my understanding of consulting?

the approach

My priority is to be called by customers who perceive me as a temporary colleague. What they appreciate about me is that they successfully continue on their own path after working on project solutions together.

the implementation

This is accomplished by creating constant feedback loops and fostering motivation.
 By doing so, we collectively achieve both, significant short-term and long-term results. In particular, I support the implementation and design of a project management toolkit in a way that once my work is done, clients are set up for success independently

my commitment

focus

For many, it is practically impossible to carry out several projects in parallel with their daily work routine. Therefore, less is more.
 
Mutual prioritisation of projects in a transparent way and logical processing according the cost/benefit principle ensures success and reduces the number of tasks to be performed in parallel. It is essential that decisions are made together and that there is no daily re-targeting.

simplicity

Three- to five-year strategies are fundamental for management, but employees struggle to master these challenges in their every day routines.

That's why it's so important that superiors break down their targets and formulate tangible deliverables which can be implemented right away. 

Transparency through understandable performance indicators generate a common understanding and certainty. A shared commitment is key.

sustainability

We strive for a significant acceleration of the internal organization by moving the decision-making to where the information is.

Whoever has expertise and the according authorization determines next steps.
Bottlenecks are significantly reduced by decreasing pressure of managers. The organisation becomes more agile and reacts quicker on changes.
